We’ll take you on an unforgettable journey starting right from your hotel, where we pick you up and transport you to our marina. There, you’ll be greeted with a delightful light breakfast that includes coffee, juice, fresh fruit, and sweet bread.

What’s Included:

Our tour price is all-inclusive and covers transportation, snorkeling equipment, water, sodas on board the boat, and a delicious lunch.

Tour Details:

Upon arrival at our marina, we provide a briefing on the tour’s rules and safety guidelines. Our boat capacity is limited to a maximum of 10 participants, including the captain and guide.

The boat journey to the whale shark area takes approximately one hour. Once there, we embark on the exciting quest to find these gentle giants. It’s important to note that the timing of the encounter varies daily due to the natural behavior of the whale sharks and changing conditions.

While it’s rare not to spot them, there is a slight chance of not seeing them on a given day, and we do not offer refunds or rescheduling in such cases. Please understand that our tours are weather-dependent, and we operate when the port is deemed safe by the Navy. This means that occasional cloudy, rainy, or wavy conditions can be part of the adventure.

After the tour, we often enjoy snorkeling at a nearby reef and make a stop at the north beach of Isla Mujeres, where we prepare ceviche. If you have dietary preferences or allergies, please let us know in advance.

Tour Duration:

The total duration of the tour varies from 6 to 9 hours, depending on the day and how far we need to go to find the whale sharks.

Pick-Up Information:

Exact pick-up times will be confirmed the day before the tour, based on your hotel or condo location and other participants’ locations.

Tour Schedule:

7:00 AM | Arrival at our marina, 30 minutes for a light breakfast and briefing.

7:30 AM | Departure by boat.

9:00 AM | Arrival at the whale shark area.

9:10 AM – 1:00 PM | Finding and swimming with whale sharks.

11:00 AM – 1:00 PM | Leaving the whale shark area.

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Snorkeling at the reef (Isla Mujeres).

12:30 PM – 2:30 PM | Free time at Isla Mujeres beach.

1:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Ceviche lunch.

1:15 PM – 3:15 PM | Return to our marina.

1:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Landing and transportation back to the hotels.
